shipping

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Standard shipping may take 5 business days. We also offer $8 priority shipping which usually takes 2-3 days.

Clothing orders are processed differently, please review our clothing policies below.

returns / damages

We do not do refunds or returns at this time except for misprinted, damaged, or defective shorts or pants. please review clothing policies below.

If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact superbloomshop@gmail.com immediately. Send photos of the product & packaging. Keep the original/damaged packaging so that a claim can be filed with the shipping provider.


lost / stolen / returned to sender

Be sure to request signature confirmation upon checkout if you live in a busy area where packages may get stolen. If you do not request signature confirmation, superbloom is not liable if you don’t receive a package that was marked as delivered.

If your package is returned to superbloom due to:

  • You providing an incorrect address

  • If your delivery attendant leaves a note for you to pick up your package at a specified location, and you do not do so within the allotted time.

  • The customer is responsible for paying to ship the package back to them.


clothing policies

Please allow 1-3 weeks for production and shipping! Our clothes are made to order (printed, cut and sewn in small batches) from a production facility that is committed to ensuring ethical and fair-labor practices.

We do not do refunds or returns at this time except for misprinted, damaged, or defective shorts or pants. We do not offer size exchanges for swimsuits, shorts, or pants.

For any misprint returns, please email Superbloom as soon as you have your issue so we can understand the issue and submit a problem report to the production facility. Once we have submitted a problem report, Superbloom will ensure that you have the necessary info and address for submitting a return.


wrong address / unclaimed

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
